Managing Add-ons

Add-ons unlock premium features that transform LILA into your own product. Remove LILA branding, resell AI under your own brand, and customize the widget for clients. Manage your add-on subscriptions from Settings → Add-ons.

Available Add-ons

White-Label

Sell AI chatbots to clients without them seeing LILA. The white-label add-on lets agencies and SaaS companies rebrand the widget completely. Your logo, your colors, your name. Clients never know it’s powered by LILA.

Price: $250/month (account-level)

Includes:

  • Unlimited white-labeled projects
  • Per-project customization
  • Complete LILA branding removal
  • Immediate activation

Purchasing an Add-on

Buy an add-on in four steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Add-ons
  2. Click Buy on the add-on card
  3. Enter payment details or use your saved payment method
  4. Click Pay to complete the purchase

The add-on activates immediately after successful payment. No waiting, no manual activation required.

Managing Your Subscription

Once purchased, the add-on card displays:

  • Current pricing
  • Billing period
  • Subscription status
  • Next renewal date

Canceling Renewal

To stop automatic renewal:

  1. Click Cancel Renewal on the add-on card
  2. Confirm cancellation in the popup
  3. The add-on remains active until the end of the current billing period
  4. No automatic charge will occur at renewal time

After cancellation, you’ll see: “Renewal cancelled. Active until [date]”

After expiration:

  • Add-on features become unavailable
  • For White-Label: your projects revert to default LILA branding automatically
  • Your data and configurations are preserved (nothing is deleted)

Resuming Renewal

If you cancelled renewal but want to continue:

  1. Click Resume Renewal on the add-on card
  2. Automatic billing will resume at the next renewal date
  3. No immediate charge occurs

Payment Methods

Default Payment Method: If you have a saved payment method, it will be used automatically.

New Payment: For first-time purchases or if no default method exists, you’ll enter card details during checkout.

Security: All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
