Billing Management

View LILA invoices, check subscription status, and track credit usage across all projects from one dashboard. Download invoices and see upcoming charges before they happen.

Overview Cards

Three summary cards show your billing status at a glance:

  • Next Charge: Shows the date and amount of your next upcoming billing charge
  • Next 30 Days: Total amount due for all renewals in the next 30 days
  • Failed Payments: Count of any failed payment attempts (green checkmark when zero)

Global Add-Ons

If you have account-level add-ons (like White-Label), they appear at the top with:

  • Add-on name and status badge
  • Monthly renewal date
  • Monthly cost
  • Usage details

Upcoming Renewals

View all scheduled renewals for projects and add-ons:

  • Project Name: Click the eye icon to view detailed billing information
  • Type: “Project” for subscription plans, “Addon” for add-ons
  • Amount: Monthly cost for the subscription or add-on
  • Credits: Progress bar showing used vs. purchased credits (add-ons show “UNLIMITED”)
  • Renewal Date: Next automatic billing date
  • Action: View project details button (eye icon)

Billing History

Download LILA invoices from the billing history table. Complete transaction history with pagination:

  • Date: Transaction date and time
  • Name: Project or add-on name
  • Type: “Project” or “Addon”
  • Usage: Progress bar showing credits consumed at time of payment
  • Amount: Transaction amount (green for charges, red for refunds)
  • Status: Payment status (Paid, Refunded, etc.)
  • Invoice: Click to download or view your Stripe hosted invoice
  • Action: View project details button (eye icon)

Search & Filter

Use the search box to filter projects by name in both Upcoming and History tabs. Search works across all displayed data.

Project Details Modal

Click the eye icon on any project row to open a full-screen modal showing:

  • Current subscription plan
  • Credits usage
  • Payment methods
  • Billing history for that specific project

Close the modal by clicking the X button or anywhere outside the modal.
