General
How is LILA different from ChatGPT or other AI tools?
General AI tools can't connect to your database. Users copy-paste data manually, losing context and security. LILA connects directly with read-only access, executes SQL automatically, and returns formatted results. Built for structured data, not conversation.
What databases does LILA support?
Any SQL database. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, MSSQL, and others. LILA connects directly to your database, understands your schema, and translates natural language into SQL. Works with WooCommerce, WordPress, Laravel, and custom applications. If your app has a database, LILA can query it.
How accurate is the SQL generation?
85% of queries work perfectly on the first try. When they don't, our self-healing engine automatically fixes and retries. Complex queries might need clarification, which LILA handles through follow-up questions.
Can non-technical users really use this?
Yes. Type "show me sales from last month" and get answers. No SQL knowledge needed. Your team queries in plain English, Arabic, Spanish, or any of 25+ supported languages.
What languages does LILA support?
25+ languages including English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Chinese, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Korean, and Japanese. Ask questions in any language and LILA generates the same accurate SQL.
How long does setup take?
5 minutes for basic setup: upload schema, get API key, embed widget. Add 10 minutes to configure access rules. Total: 15 minutes from signup to first query.
Security & Privacy
Is my data safe?
Your data never touches OpenAI, Google, or any external AI. We run our own models on our own infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each client's data is completely isolated.
Does LILA store my database data?
LILA only stores your schema structure for query generation. Query results pass through but are not persisted. Your actual data stays in your database.
Can I use my own AI API keys?
Yes. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) lets you use your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI keys. Queries still route through our infrastructure, but use your API quotas.
Pricing & Billing
What counts as a query?
Any natural language question that LILA converts to SQL for your database. Whether through the widget or API, each text-to-SQL conversion counts as one query. Self-healing retries don't count extra.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Both upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. Refunds are calculated based on actual usage, not time remaining.
What happens if I exceed my plan?
Free, Starter, and Pro plans stop at the limit until next month or upgrade. Enterprise plans can enable overage queries at $0.03 each.
Do unused queries roll over?
No. Queries reset monthly. This keeps pricing predictable.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Access continues through your billing period. No cancellation fees.
Do all plans include API access?
Yes. All plans have full API and WebSocket access.
White-Label
What is white-label?
White-label lets you rebrand LILA as your own product. Your logo, your colors, your domain. Your clients never see LILA branding. Perfect for agencies and resellers.
Can I customize each project differently?
Yes. Full per-project customization. Client A gets "AcmeAI", Client B gets "RetailBot". Unlimited projects, all different branding.
Is there a limit on white-label projects?
No. Customize 10 projects or 100. Same monthly price.
When does white-label activate?
Immediately upon purchase. Available on all current and future projects. You manually enable per-project in settings.
Do my clients see any LILA branding?
No. When white-label is enabled, LILA branding is completely removed. Your clients only see your brand.
What happens if I cancel white-label?
Service continues until your billing cycle ends, plus a 7-day grace period. After that, projects revert to LILA branding. Your data and projects remain intact.
